About This Experience

No matter how experienced you are at drawing or painting, travel sketching can enhance your experience of a time and place and give you wonderful memory-filled art journals.  

Sue A. Cowan, SFCA, will show you the supplies she carries with her and examples from her sketchbooks. She’ll discuss practical considerations like comfort, safety, time available, etc. Sue will demonstrate how to approach your travel sketches using pen, watercolour, or coloured pencils.
